Productivity Places Program (PPP)
Attention job seeker.
The Australian Government will fully fund for your training under the Productivity Places Program.
The Productivity Places Program is part of the Australian Government’s Skilling Australia for the future initiative and is a great way to improve your skills and secure ongoing employment.
Eligible Qualifications
Knowledge Plus Pty Ltd is approved to deliver the qualifications below:
- Certificate II in Customer Contact (BSB20207)
- Certificate III in Customer Contact (BSB30207)
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (BSB41407)
Check Eligibility
At this stage PPP will be available for job seekers only. Eligible job seekers are Australian citizens or permanent residents over the age of 15 and:
- Registered with an Employment Services Provider (ESP), or
- In receipt of income support, or
- A Community Development Employment Projects participant, or
- Not currently working but seeking or intending to seek paid employment or self employment, or
- In one of these categories before they commenced their Australian Apprenticeship (on or after 01/04/08)
Job seekers must be referred by their ESP. Those not registered with an ESP must contact our office directly to confirm eligibility.

Step 1 - Confirm eligibility
To confirm your eligibility complete Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Confirmation of Enrolment Form.
Step 2 – Providing evidence of your eligibility
Participants must be able to demonstrate:
- Citizenship or Residency – (one only required)
- Australian Birth Certificate
- Australian Passport
- Naturalisation Certificate
- Green Medicare Card
- Visa
- Age/ Identity – (one only required)
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
- Proof of Age Card
Step 3 – Visit your Employment Services Provider (ESP)
If you are a Job Seeker registered with an Employment Service Provider (e.g. Job Network Member (JNM), Disability Employment Network (DEN) member, Job Placement, Employment and Training (JPET) provider, Personal Support Program (PSP) provider, or Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) provider), download the Referral Form to a Registered Training Organisation, then give to your case manager, and discuss this opportunity to undertake accredited training with Knowledge Plus to help improve your chances of employment.
Step 4 – Contact Knowledge Plus
If you are not registered with an Employment Service Provider (ESP), you may still qualify for training. Please contact us to arrange an appointment to progress your application. Please complete the Confirmation of Enrolment Form and bring along supporting documentation (as per Steps 2 & 3).
