Measurable Results

The content of development projects is negotiated between the participant, their line manager and their Mentor. Return on Investment (ROI)

Knowledge Plus has designed its programs to allow a direct measurement of return on investment (ROI). All projects completed have a listed dollar value that the project has attributed to. This dollar value is signed off by the Mentor and direct line Manager.
