What is effective training?
The key to effective training isn’t necessarily what happens in the classroom, but what happens afterwards. Gaining knowledge and knowledge transfer into behaviours happens at opposite ends of the learning spectrum. The thorough training needs analysis we provide prior to commencement of any training ensures that our clients have the appropriate personnel and systems to support for their employees, who participants.
In addition, at knowledge Plus we assist our participants through their learning transfer process by providing coaching and mentoring regularly after training has been delivered. Through this process, our participants have access to experts.
